About Us

Impact Home Renovations Inc. has been in business since March 2014. The owner/operator, James P. Petrovitch, has been doing home renovations for 15 years for himself, family, and friends. As a child, while other children watched cartoons, James watched shows such as This Old House, Bob Vila’s Home Again, and The New Yankee Workshop. This ignited a passion in him for creatively working with his hands that still burns today. James also worked alongside his late grandfather in his workshop whenever he could, learning new skills, and still using many tools he inherited today.

James originally started out in the restaurant industry, completing home renovations in his spare time. He decided to follow his dreams and passion to do home renovations full-time, leaving his past employer after 18 years of dedication. James’ pride, passion and strive for perfection for home renovation and custom wood-working leaves many customers very satisfied with the results.
